Kettlebells / RIP 60
This class is high intensity incorporating kettlebells, a traditional Russian cast iron weight that resembles a cannonball with a handle. Because no other piece of equipment can do what a kettlebell does. Rip 60 – work off your own body weight, free motion using suspension ropes that can rotate. Challenging class not the faint hearted!
- Arrive 5 mins early so you can get prepared
- Clothes to allow movement suitable for the activity
- WATER - Stay hydrated at all times to ensure you last the pace!
